Dr.
Daniel R. Suiter is the Urban Pest Management unit's leader and directs
all of the unit's extension and research programs on the UGA Griffin
Campus.

Ms. Lisa Ames, M.S., is head of the
Homeowner Insect and Weed Diagnostics Laboratory. The laboratory serves Georgia's
159 counties through county extension agents by providing identification of pest
insect and weed samples (PDF sample submission
form). Ms. Ames holds a B.S. degree in Entomology and
a M.S. degree in Nematology from the University of Florida.

Mr. Chris Scocco, B.S., is working on a Master’s degree in Entomology. His research interests involve population dynamics of invertebrate perimeter pests commonly found around structures. Mr. Scocco holds a B.S. degree in Environmental Biology from Wingate University in Wingate, North Carolina.
